Moka Pot

A traditional Italian coffee maker introduced by Alfonso Bialetti. The only way to go when making stovetop espresso-like coffee.

The infamous moka pot. Loved by many and hated by some. In 1933 the moka pot entered the coffee stage when Alfonso Bialetti invented an entirely new way of brewing coffee.

The moka pot is a simple device with a 3 part construction that lends itself to producing a repeatably well extracted cup of coffee. It’s fairly unique in that the end product is an espresso-like drink that tastes great.
